Joining Victor VBC

In order to join Victor Volleyball Club, players must first become members of WEVA (Western Empire Volleyball Association).  This is an online process accessible by clicking on the following WEVA image / link and selecting "Victor VBC" in the top right drop-down box.

Complete the online registration, print out the following documents, and bring them to your first tryout session:
      • WEVA / USA Volleyball Member Application / Confirmation (from WEVA website)
      • Medical Release Form (download file below)
      • Victor Volleyball Club Registration Form (download file below)
      • Parent Commitment Form
      • Birth Certificate
      • Copy of Insurance Card
      • Players must bring ALL of these forms to the first tryout session.

WEVA registration fee is $62.00 (now payable online).  Proof of online payment is required at the first tryout.  If you choose to play for another club, your WEVA registration will be transferred.  If you are already registered with WEVA, and have paid your dues through another club, please bring proof of payment.  If you are trying out for more than one club, we advise that you select undecided for the club and after the selection/tryout process is complete, go back and select your club.  This will make the process easier for all parties involved.

CLUB FEES:  $900 (Three Payments of $300) for the entire season. We do not break up our season in to two. We believe if you make the team from the beginning of the season and work hard you deserve to stay on the team for the whole year.  Our season starts after tryouts in December and goes to June and or July. If you team decides to practice after East Coast Championships (end of May) and decides to not go to Nationals we will allow that between June and July at no extra cost.
PRACTICE PLAYERS: $40/month We do allow practice players to join a team. Practice players do not travel to tournaments unless needed due to someone on the team not being able to go. Practice players have to be at a level that does not hurt the team during practice. It will be the decision of the Coach in that age group if your son can participate as a practice player. They will practice twice a week with their age group unless they are not practicing due to a tournament and being out of town.
  • Club Fee (Player Dues) cover the costs of facilities, equipment, uniforms, gear, and coaches' salaries.
  • Tournament Dues cover the costs of tournament registration fees, player and coaches' hotels, and coaches' per diem expenses.
  • If a team qualifies for the USA Volleyball Jr. National Tournament, additional costs will apply.
NOTES:
  • In order to try out for Victor Volleyball Club, PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED MEMBERS OF WEVA, AND THEY MUST HAVE ALL COMPLETED FORMS.
  • If a player chooses to transfer to another club, the WEVA registration may be transferred.
